Violence against minors is unacceptable, and supporting their rights means, above all, a commitment to protect all children with whom we come into direct contact.
The aim of this procedure is to ensure that any report, suspicion or confirmation of a violation of the Code of Conduct or cases of mistreatment, abuse or exploitation of minors by our staff, volunteers or a partner is dealt with as quickly as possible and in accordance with best practice and the principles of the Child and Youth Protection Policy (of which this procedure is an integral part).
The General Procedure also provides for cases to be considered where individuals outside the organisation are suspected or accused.
